Dr. Miguel Angel Pierri, representing the widow of Sebastián Forza, referred to the trial that will begin today, the triple murder of General Rodriguez conducted in 2008.

Justice will attempt to determine the guilt or innocence of four defendants: the brothers Victor and Marcelo Schillaci, 30 and 31, and the brothers Chris and Martin Lanatta, 37 and 38, respectively.

Pierri said about it: “To believe that these four people are the mother of all evil is crazy: here there is missing people, missing many people. For me, the executors are also missing.”

Furthermore, Pierri said “the triple murder in Argentina sealed the beginning of great violence that we see in other demonstrations and killings”.

In 2008, Sebastián Forza, Damian Ferron and Leopoldo Bina were killed by mobsters’ signs. Today there are four defendants who go to trial, only one arrested.
