Newells defeated Estudiantes 1-0 and became leader of the Apertura Tournament

In a closed meeting, the goal was scored near the final whistle. It was at 45 minutes of the second half that Newells scored the goal through Scocco and defeated Estudiantes, who crossed a good shot and sealed the outcome. Thus, the team led by Martino is first in the tournament with eleven points, but has to wait for Boca that plays tomorrow.
