The president, Cristina Kirchner, swore in the new Attorney General’s Office, Alejandra Gils Carbo, after her statement was approved by the Senate.
As for the relationship with the executive branch, Gils Carbo opinion that “the prosecution is part of the administration of justice, which must be independent not only of political power but the powers that be. The game’s democratic powers should be allowed to control each other. I do not think that neither this nor any other government officials want to be free from control, because after the political officer and those above the pyramid are the state should come forward. “
