Floods in Buenos Aires: 200 people returned to their homes

Since yesterday, 200 people who were evacuated due to the flooding in the Province of Buenos Aires were able to return to their homes.

Luciano Timerman, coordinator of the Provincial Emergency Council, said that “there were 1,500 evacuated last night, today is 1300 and we expect the number to continue to decline.”

Following the floods in watersheds of Areco, Reefs, Luján and Matanza-Riachuelo, the provincial government is assisting municipalities.
