Prosecutor analyzes to evict metrodelegados
Buenos Aires, August 13, 2012
The Attorney General headed by Garavano Germain analyzed this morning evict metrodelegados under the tenth day of strike in the subway following two complaints.
One of the allegations was conducted by prosecutor Luis Cevasco since the strike interrupted a public service and another was made by the company Metrovías, who reported damage on the premises.
Now the prosecution is expected that a judge makes the decision to approve the order of eviction, which will be very difficult, as it should get more than 3500 people from the facility.
In addition, authorities should first see if the union leaders met with the eviction order if it is issued and then if they do not, determine which strategy may carry out the police to evict the unionists.
