Uruguay send the case of the Martin Garcia to the Justice

The administration of “Pepe” Mujica, president of Uruguay, decided today to send the case to the court for alleged irregularities in the bidding companies to perform the dredging of the Martin Garcia Channel. The information was disseminated through the Argentina Foreign Ministry thorugh a statement.

“Uruguay sent all the documentation to the Justice of its country,” says the report.

Meanwhile, former Ambassador Francisco Bustillo was summoned to “appear to testify on press reports that engage in alleged attempts of the Uruguay Riovia corrupt the dredging process.”
