Las Leonas beat New Zealand

The Argentine women’s field hockey defeated New Zealand 2-1 and kept their chances of qualifying for the semifinals.

With goals from Carla Rebecchi, at 4 minutes of the first half and 10 of the second, the world champions won an important victory for the group B of the Olympic Games in London.

Harrison was in charge of discount for New Zealand, before 15,000 spectators who watched the match at Riverbank Stadium Arena.
