In Pictures: When a satellite image can be a work of art

The Landsat program of NASA turns 40 in its monitoring of the Earth and to celebrate it launched a survey where people chose the best satellite images, which have achieved the status of “artwork”.
These are the five preferred by the public:
No. 1 The island of Gotland in the Baltic
Nº2 Yukon Delta, Alaska
Nº 3 Mississippi River
Nº 4 Sahara sand
Nº 5 Eyre Lake
