July 22, 2012
Police sources said that the gun used by James Holmes, the author of the Slaughter of Denver, suffered a malfunction that prevented him from continuing the slaughter.
The murderer, who was disguised as “Bane”, the villain of the Batman movie, entered with handguns and an AK, which got jammed, preventing more deaths.
The local Police Chief Dan Oates said they could enter the house of Holmes after days of trying to turn off all the explosives inside.
