Jorge Toselli’s company, a real estate operator who complained about the controls to the dollar, was banned by the AFIP to continue to operate commercially. He had not reported earnings for the last 5 years, and was denounced by the President on national TV.
Toselli few days ago gave statements to the newspaper Clarin, strongly criticizing the national government by exchange controls and the economic model used.
President Cristina Kirchner said during a speech: “It strikes me that the appearing as an employee was not employed, Saldaña was named partner-I did not have to have said, does not matter, and it turns out this gentleman, I was very discouraged and said they did 15 or 20 operations per month, has no income or affidavit of any kind since 2007. “
The AFIP decided to disqualify the firm JT Real Estate by blocking Unique Tax Identification Code (TIN), so you can not operate until their owners submit the relevant affidavits.
