Governor Daniel Scioli faced another setback in Buenos Aires justice because the judge Luis Federico Arias suspended his decree, which gave him legal framework for split payment of bonus.
Likewise, the judge ordered the administration of Daniel Scioli to pay the Annual Wage Supplement (SAC) at one time within five days.
The guilds ATE, CICOP and AJB presented a preliminary injunction, which was accepted by the judge, suspending the scope of the decree 558/12 which was published on July 5 and ordering the payment of bonuses in a scheme between one and four quotas.
Arias’s ruling states that “it is substituted the timely injunction issued [on Friday] for the payment of bonuses to state employees and agrees to pay the full bonuses in half within five calendar days” from today.
