Moyano: “The legitimacy of the Congress of the CGT is not given by its legality”

The head of the CGT, Hugo Moyano, said the Congress for the election of new officers of the plant will be made with or without the endorsement of the Ministry of Labour.
“The validity will be determined justice, which is the only one who can do this, not the Ministry of Labour,” said union leader to Radio Mitre, adding that the ministry of Carlos Tomada “is not a competent authority.”
“Legitimacy is not given by the legal aspect,” said Moyano, adding: “We are convinced that 90% of workers supports this drive”.
