Government measures against the truckers

The Government published today in the Official Gazette that it ‘resolved to nullify the Tariff Compensation Scheme and the psychophysical evaluation of professional truck drivers. “

By resolution 32/2012, published today in the Official Gazette with the signing of the Interior and Transport Minister Florencio Randazzo:

“It nullifies the Tariff Compensation Scheme (RCA) and the Psychophysical Assessment of Professional Drivers of Transport of Dangerous Cargo General and National Jurisdiction and Establishment of Vocational Training of Drivers of Land Transportation Vehicles General loads of National Jurisdiction. “

And he explains that “the duties shall be paid by the carrier, which may not under any circumstances shift the cost thereof to the driver.”
