The City of Buenos Aires, Pestilent by an ammonia spill

For an accidental spill of ammonia in Dock Sud, the Federal Capital is invaded by a horrible smell.
In the morning, at 9:30, industrial chemicals were spilled in the Buenos Aires district of Avellaneda.
It would be of ammonia released into the Dock Sud district, and the winds were responsible for spreading the smell by the City.
