Strong support to the management of Hector Ponce in ATILRA

This Wednesday, June 20, the National Association “Maria Cornejo Adrian”, the political arm and genesis of the current driving ATILRA, the dairy workers union, will meet from 10 am, at an Extraordinary General to be held in the town of General Rodriguez in Buenos Aires province.
It has the presence and participation of a large number of workers from across the country to arrive in Buenos Aires city to join the conclave.
The organizers expect the attendance of several thousand workers who, through an extensive agenda will discuss the current political, economic and social development of Argentina, the progress of dairy farming and the current state of the union, its insertion into the guild spectrum and national prestige.
The highest attention of the meeting will be choosing who will occupy the highest positions in the political leadership of this union group, which is discounted to the present Secretary General of ATILRA, Hector Ponce, will occupy the highest rank.
The “Adrian Cornejo Maria” is a group that emerged from within the country early in the last decade, and created one of the few competitions that did triumph over the then ruling party, which attracted the attention of the trade union world, unaccustomed to this type of events.
Today ATILRA, led nationally by Hector Luis Ponce, is part of the CASIA – Trade Union Confederation of the Food Industries – sympathetic and has defended the policies implemented by the governments of Nestor Kirchner and Cristina Fernandez, but his while maintaining a position near the current Secretary General of the CGT Hugo Moyano.
