Egypt: Justice disbanded Parliament and the army took over

Two days before the presidential elections, Egypt’s Supreme Court determined the dissolution of Parliament and asked the military to take power.
As announced by the head of the Supreme Court, Farouk Soltan, “the ruling on the dissolution of Parliament includes the House in its entirety since the law upon which elections were held contrary to the rules of the Constitution.”
The regulations have been violated is the prohibition concerning the government of Hosni Mubarak’s political participation, allowing Ahmed Shafiq, late Prime Minister of Egypt, candidatearse.
The judgment of the Court dissolves well, Parliament and enables the candidate of the military to take power.
