The Supreme Court asked the ANSES a report on the fate of their funds

The Supreme Court asked the executive director of the ANSES, Diego Bossio, a report on budget execution of the body.

The high court ordered the record of the destination of the funds from the Guarantee Fund for Sustainability, the financial situation that can generate the judgments of retirees, among others.

According to the judgment of the Court, Bossio has 30 days to submit the requested documentation in order to update data on budget execution of the ANSES.
