Justice approved an injunction against the AFIP for buying dollars

The ruling of a judge from Neuquen will allow an oil entrepreneur to change 125 000 dollars to cancel a mortgage on a field. This is the first step against the AFIP.

The federal judge of Nequen Carolina Pandolfi approved a precautionary measure by a oil entreprenur against the controls of the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP).

According commands the ruling, the agency directed by Ricardo Etchegaray have 2 hours to allow the man to buy $ 125 000 to cancel an existing mortgage on a field.
