Burruchaga’s home was sacked: “All I ask is they do something for real”
June 13, 2012
The home of world champion Jorge Burruchaga was robbed last night by criminals who tied up his family. The coach asked to “do something real” to end the crime.
“The problem is that they do nothing,” said “Burru” who came from Colombia, where he works, to see his family.
As for criminals, Burruchaga said “they knew it was my home” and said only he is “grateful that [family] are alive after a terrible fright.”
“The only request we can make to the people who rule this country, to do something. That stop arguing over stupid things and do anything as this is a mess,” he concluded.
