Boca defeated Merlo and became the first finalist of the Argentine Cup

With suspense, Boca defeated Deportivo Merlo on penalties 5-4 and advanced to the final of the Argentine Cup. The match ended 1-1, after Merlo tie it at 45 minutes into the second half. The goals were scored by Riquelme through a free kick and by Friedrich with a shot from outside the area. Now Boca waits for River or Racing.
