Kicillof presented the Mosconi report on YPF: “We have corroborated the things we thought they were doing, and worse”

The Deputy Economy Minister Axel Kicillof, presented the Mosconi Report, which speaks of the discoveries made on Repsol by YPF’s intervention. He announced the end of the intervention.
“This report, which we called Report Mosconi, given the importance this has on historical burden. Recovery of YPF as a lever for national development is a dream.”
“We have corroborated the things we thought they were doing, and worse. We have found that they were the plans for the future. Emptying, misuse of resources, all that we found.”
“When we talk to the staff who were employed and at risk of losing their jobs, and validated. This report is crafted with our eyes and employees.”
“They [Repsol] have not explored, have not invested in areas, reserves have dropped, they have dropped the production and made a lot of money. And they have borrowed money to take the country. That we have parad bleeding. (…) The have done since day one of the intervention. “
