Daniel Lagostena refused to testify for the crime of Erica Soriano

Daniel Lagostena, former partner of Erica Soriano, the young pregnant woman who disappeared in 2010, refused to testify in the cause in which he is accused of murder. He will do so next week, though.

Lagostena’s lawyer, Gustavo Dellamaggiore said that is charged with “manslaughter in real competition with abortion in the context of family violence against women”.

“The file is a bundle fiscal reserve is necessary to analyze” before his client access to be questioned on the charges against him.

“In a few days my client will request an extension of inquiry, which will give all necessary explanations because he is innocent of what he is accused,” the lawyer, explaining that Lagostena DDI remain detained in Lomas de Zamora.
