Justice confirmed that Jaime’s mails may not be used against him

In line with the ruling of Federal Judge Norberto Oyarbide, the Buenos Aires Federal Court ratified the annulment of the skills of the mails of former Secretary of Transportation.

This is the First Chamber of the court, which confirmed that the mails that would be used against Ricardo Jaime in the case involving alleged illegal enrichment, payment of bribes and illegal tender, are invalid.

The decision is based on that, as Oyarbide considered, “the chain of custody” of computers of the employee Manuel Vazquez had been “violated.”
