Those who oppose Moyano threaten the elections in the CGT
May 23, 2012
Through a story published in different journals, the union leaders opposed to the current leadership challenged Hugo Moyano threatening not to participate in the Central Confederal Committee, which will ratify the election’s day.
“Today, more than 70 unions bear witness to our willingness to contribute to the unity of the labor movement, to ensure the validity and representativeness of the institutions on behalf of the leadership and responsibility to honor the demand to express the legitimate rights of workers,” says the text entitled ‘Time for unity’.
“Only through unity will consolidate a leading CGT, contain and represent all workers in a country socially just, economically free and politically sovereign.”
“We are convinced, with the commitment and responsibility to represent the majority of the congressional delegates entitled to elect new leadership of our CGT, we must exhaust all instances as guarantors of the unity of the labor movement, which contains us and we include all, “concludes the text.
