Oyarbide: “They are trying to judge the judge, I am in a state of confusion”
May 23, 2012
Federal Judge Norberto Oyarbide was “very saddened” by the cross versions of the discovery of a bomb in the Grand Rex theater, which proved to be an article of fireworks little power.
“I get a police report finding that [the device] was a bulb of odor. I do not know who gave the order to do a survey, because I want everyone to know that when a judge intervenes, he alone is empowered to make new surveys and not any other person,” the judge said today.
“I am very sad as a judge because there are things that are happening that are very rare, and here there is someone who is wanting to play the judge,” he added.
On the radio, Oyarbide said: “They either misled me, or the Minister of Security [Nilda Garre].”
