De Vido: “We will suspend the gas supply to industries to ensure domestic consumption”

Julio De Vido, Minister of Federal Planning, said that to face the winter it will be prioritized the gas for home use, while outages will be held for industries.
“We will suspend the gas supply to industries to ensure domestic consumption,” said De Vido. “That kind of operation is provided in the contracts with companies in the sector,” he said.
Moreover, the minister spoke against sectors that “always advocate an increase in rates and they are never in favor of ensuring energy self-sufficiency.”
