Cristina met with the President of Angola

The president, Cristina Kirchner met with Angolan President Jose Eduardo dos Santos, and thanked him for his support for the cause Argentina over the Falkland Islands. Later, she will be speaking to the National Assembly.

“Angola can be an excellent platform to internationalize our business and partner with peers to develop Angolan production platforms,” said the president.

During the meeting with the Angolan President, Cristina said they are in front of an “excellent opportunity” commercially and that it “would be a shame” not to take it.

Then, Kirchner thanked “the continued support of the people of Angola” by the Malvinas issue, adding: “We know the historical commitment of the DNA, the Angolan people in the fight against all forms of colonialism.”
