Wiretapping Case: Mauricio Macri will go to trial

Cassation raised, at the request of Federal Judge Norberto Oyarbide, to trial the case for wiretaps in cases involving the alleged conspiracy between different officials in Buenos Aires.

This is the cause for which the former head of the Metropolitan Police, Jorge “El Fino” Palacios, and the spy Ciro James are detained.

Meanwhile, Mauricio Macri, Head of Government, and Mariano Narodowski, former education minister in Buenos Aires, are processed for integrating a conspiracy.

In addition to Mauricio Macri, the processing is also casusa former education minister in Buenos Aires, Mariano Narodowski, responsible for the hiring of James.

Macri is accused of forming a conspiracy to eavesdrop Sergio Burstein, head of Families of Victims of AMIA, and his brother, Nestor Leonardo.
