Del Potro and Monaco won in Rome and are in the third phase

Juan Martin del Potro and Juan “Pico” Monaco won in their match at the Masters 1000 Rome and entered the third phase.

The “Tower of Tandil” beat Russian Mikhail Youzhny 6-4, 6-2, after almost an hour and a half of play. He will face Wilfried Tsonga in his next match.

Meanwhile, Pico Monaco won against Czech Radek Stepanek 6-4, 6-2 in one hour and 37 minutes. He will now have in front number 1 in the world Novak Djokovic.
