Deputy governor of Buenos Aires province Gabriel Mariotto said on the radio that he does not put obstacles in the wheels to the management of Governor Daniel Scioli, but now in the province there is “political discussion”.
His remarks are in response to the statement by the Buenos Aires Province Government Minister Cristina Alvarez Rodriguez, who said Mariotto effectively puts obstacles in the wheels, to support a request for information on government advertising that drove the opposition blocs against the provincial executive.
“The fact is that the deputy attitude surprises us, we are accustomed to attitudes as (Amado) Boudou and (Alberto) Balestrini, accompanying and do not put obstacles in the wheel,” she said.
“They can not say that the Senate put obstacles in the wheel,” deputy Governor assured and added, “I respond to the president of the Nation which is the leading and Scioli as the rest of the governors must also respond to the president, I don’t understand where the problem is.”
“Yesterday we had a very intense session, the block worked in committee to approve the tax reform that the governor sent us”, and “an act of violence with farmers breaking everything was generated,” the official described.
“The results are clear, the law we have passed us yesterday, the average penalty is related to institutional commitment. We voted the tax revaluation of the fields that we sent the executive, it is not possible to say that the Senate put obstacles in the wheel,” Mariotto said.
When he was asked to who answered most, if President Cristina Kirchner or Governor Daniel Scioli, Mariotto did not hesitate: “Of course I respond to the President, the votes are hers.”
