Cristina Kirchner: “Somebody explain [Macri] how Argentina works”
May 10, 2012
During her lengthy speech today, President Cristina Kirchner, called for “someone to explain” the head of the Buenos Aires government “how Argentina works.”
“For the City of Buenos Aires, who go around complaining that nothing suits them. About 10% of the Bicentennial projects are for the Capital,” said the president.
“They should know that many companies in other provinces are taxed in the City of Buenos Aires, so someone explain [the officials locals] how Argentina works and how [the capital] sucks the resources of the country. I think that more than anything, there is ignorance,” she concluded.
