Claro would be sanctioned for the service failure

The auditor at the National Communications Commission, Ceferino Namuncura, said the company of mobile services is punishable for the failures in the service of yesterday. He said they are to be “very hard with the cuts affecting many people.”
“We are very concerned about the cut that affected users of Capital and the Province and the company be punished because we have to protect the service,” said the official on the radio.
Recently, the government fined Movistar (see note), for having left 18.5 million people without service on 2 April.
On yesterday’s incident, Claro reported that “about 14 presented a fiber cut, creating problems of service in Florida and some areas of Greater Buenos Aires”, and that the court was extended until 17:55, ususarios affecting thousands of the company.
