May 8, 2012
The federal judge in Bariloche, Leonidas Moldes, considered that there was lack of evidence for the three top executives of Sun Airlines, by the Rio Negro tragedy that killed 21 people.
This is Danilo Alberto Pojmaevich, Horacio Gabriel Angeli and John Alberto Nyffenegger, manager, president and vice president of the company, respectively.
The judge also rejected a request for a statement from executive, sought by the lawsuit, which represents the families of the victims.
