Pedro Aznar pays tribute to Spinetta in Plaza Italia

On Sunday, Pedro Aznar will hold a tribute to Luis Alberto Spinetta at 7:30 pm from Plaza Italia. The admission is free and carries the name “Yellow Bridges.” The musicians that will accompany Pedro are Pomo, and Andrés Beeuwsaert and the singer Roxana Amed. 

The name refers to “Yellow Bridges Cantata,” one of the songs of Pescado Rabioso in the album Artaud, Spinetta’s former band, which established the band and influenced many artists of the time.

“It will be difficult to sing these songs without breaking into tears,” said Aznar, adding: “The music of Luis took us a lifetime, and in my case, the fact that we were friends gives it a matter of memory that is very important.”
