Max Kirchner would run for Congress in 2013
Buenos Aires, April 28, 2012
Maximo Kirchner, son of Cristina and Nestor Kirchner, may be a candidate for congressman of Santa Cruz province in the legislative elections of 2013.
This was stated by congressman leader of the Evita Movement, Fernando “Chino” Navarro.
“He was born in a household where politics was all, share that commitment and conviction. It’s a smart fellow, supportive and very sensible,” Navarro said.
He added: “One takes aim at him because he is committed to leading a youth organization and the son of Cristina Kirchner. It’s a possibility that is a candidate for congressman of Santa Cruz.”
Many voices say that Maximo has no real power, despite having created La Campora, youth movement that has achieved a breakthrough in public areas. But others argue that he would be a great political leader.
The fact is that in the act of Velez, headed by the president, the cameras constantly focused the firstborn of Nestor and was named by the president in her speech. Are they signs of a possible candidacy? Time will tell.
