Justice of Jujuy released the driver of the bus that fell off a cliff and left eleven dead

Today, the Justice of Jujuy gave freedom to one of the drivers of the bus company Potosi that fell of a cliff and left a balance of eleven people dead. The investigation has proven that he was not driving at the time of the accident. 

Prosecutor Alejandro Maldonado reported that Reynaldo Llanos Garcia was released after it was proved that he was not driving at the time of the accident. The tragedy left eleven people dead and over 40 injured.

The bus of the enterprise “Potosi” fell off a cliff on the slope of Barcena, about 30 miles north of Baghdad, on Route 9.

Moreover, the other driver, Sandro Cazón Caballero, remains arrested because he would be the one that was driving the bus at the time it fell off the cliff.

The magistrate granted the freedom to Llanos Garcia but “with conditions”, according to the court official.
