The dismissal of Macri, by attacks on homeless people, was canceled

Buenos Aires Mayor Mauricio Macri is facing a new headache after the decision of the Criminal Appeals Court to overturn his dismissal in the case of aggression from the UCEP to people on the street.

The Control Unit and the Public Sphere (UCEP), now defunct, was accused of mistreating people living on the street.

But Judge Mary Pombo Fontbona considered that the participation of Macri “appears limited to the decree issued 1223-1208″, for which the UCEP was created.

But now the Appeal Court overturned the dismissal and decided to further investigation on the mayor.
