A man with altered mental faculties took hostages in a café located in an office building in central London with explosives in his possession.

Although at first some people when released, with the passing of the hours he still remained captive to 4, which generated a great strain on the English community.

Meanwhile, the police evacuated the surrounding buildings to the cafeteria, fearing that an explosion could occur.

Scotlan Yard said the incident had nothing to do with terrorism but it was a person with impaired mental faculties.

Police cordoned off the area and blocked with numerous patrols Tottenham Street.

Finally after an operation that lasted more than 2 hours, the man identified as Michael Green, was arrested and the hostages released.

The man had failed a driving test and demanded his money back. Beyond sanity, he took the bar and held several people hostage.
