Hadad sold C5N and all radios to Cristobal Lopez

Daniel Hadad sold to businessman close to the national government Cristobal Lopez, the channel C5N, Radio 10 and FM PoP, Vale, Mega and TKM.

The negotiation was extensive, it started last year and the sale was completed only recently.

Cristobal Lopez, head of the group Indalo, will take control of all media in a month and a half.

One of the conditions of the sale was to maintain the position of important journalists like Marcelo Longobardi, Oscar Gonzalez Oro, Joe Casella, Viviana Canosa and Rolando Hanglin, among others.

Hadad decided to keep the website Infobae.com, which follows in terms of visits to Clarín and La Nacion in their online versions. His aim is to take Infobae America as the most important Latin America media.

One of the conditions Cristobal Lopez imposed Hadad is that he must not create other radio or other similar TV channel until 2015, when Cristina mandate ends.

Hadad never got close relationship with Cristina Kirchner.
