An order of the Civil Court determined that a single divorced man must pass food to their children and no longer his ex-wife because she was considered to have capacity to generate her own income.

The court held that the woman, a professional degree that during the period of the couple’s relationship contributed much money to home, and although today it is without job, she has the tools necessary to achieve a job that can sustain her life.

He contributes 25% of his household income, plus the school fees of their children, medical coverage and the amount of the mortgage by which they bought the house where children and women live.

Now the man “should only contribute to half of the estimated costs, since (his ex-wife)-to be able to generate income, must meet the other needs of the children.”
