CGT: Meeting between the “Fat”, the “Independent” and the Blue and White sector ended with an agreement

The leaders of the unions of the “Fats”, the “Independents” and those belonging to the CGT Blue and White agreed to support Antonio Calo as a candidate for secretary general of the plant workers. They seek “a collegiate leadership.”

The head of the union of Light and Power, Oscar Lescano, said after the summit that gathered 48 unions with between “1100 and 1200″ Congressmen of the CGT, more than enough to overthrow Hugo Moyano.

“We want a new style of leadership, collegial, which are discussed all issues of the labor movement,” the union, adding that “[the leader of the UOM, Antonio] Calo is willing and accept a candidate,” although there are “four or five” union members could also be candidates.
