Line 60 delegates to meet Labor minister after the end of the strike

Buenos Aires, April 15, 2012

Labor Minister Carlos Tomada to meet union leaders of line bus 60, after employees complied with the mandatory conciliation, subsequent to the strike since last week.

The employees had begun the strike to protest layoffs and lack of increase in wages. Following the failure to resolve the conflict, the Labor Ministry issued compulsory conciliation before the injury meant for millions of users.

Following the order of the ministry, the workers had intention of blocking the Pan American highway, but it was avoided by Gendarmerie.

At the same time, the Buenos Aires province police evicted the 60 line station, which had been taken by workers for several days. Security Minister, Ricardo Casal, said the eviction was peaceful.
