Ciccone case: Source assured that Vandenbroele and Boudou are friends

Mauricio Zabaleta, brother of “Juanchi Zabaleta” right hand and and political operator of Boudou, said today that there is a relationship of friendship between the Vice President of the Nation and Vandenbroele, head of the former Ciccone. Also, he said that Nuñez Carmona is also part of the group of friends. This contradicts the former economy minister, who denies being a friend of Vandenbroele. 

M. Zabaleta worked with his brother in the Anses when Boudou was in charge of the body. However, he explained that the vice president and Vandenbroele have been together at an event done last year, when the official was one of the candidates of the FPV to be head of government of the City of Buenos Aires. He added that they were in a meeting with militancy in Rosario, on a trip to New York and had dinner in the club Gimnasia y Esgrima de Buenos Aires.

Thus, Zabaleta said, “they are friends. Nunez Carmona is friend of Boudou and Vandenbroele. We were aware of it when we worked in the Anses together.”

“The meetings were indoors. But outside they used to say:” We are in touch. “It was not a cold or distant relationship of a person you know in a short time,” and added that “Nunez Carmona is the link between them. Boudou knew him through Nuñez Carmona. I’ve seen both in the Ministry (of Finance), as well as in the Anses.”

Meanwhile, the brother of Mauricio Zabaleta, Juanchi, Boudou’s right hand, flatly denied the allegations of his family member.
