Messi in a campaign against Chagas disease

Lionel Messi took part in an emotional campaign against Chagas’ disease, giving further evidence of his enormous commitment to the social assistance.

The video shows a man who has the disease and has a dream to meet the star of Barcelona. His desire is fulfilled when Lio receives him very affective in the field.

The ad campaign is leaded by “Leo Messi Foundation” along with other entities as the “Foundation FC Barcelona” and the Inter-American Development Bank.

The message is expressed in the slogan “Win the silence. Win a Chagas disease “, which seeks to prevent early, control and awareness of this condition.

“Currently, Chagas disease still affects some 10 million people worldwide, especially in Latin America but also in other continents,” a message said at the end of the video.
