According to Spanish media, there are threats to veto threats Argentine imports if YPF is nationalized

According to Spanish media published the Government of Spain would be willing to make a boycott of meat and soy in Argentina if they nationalize YPF. The European Union has “no tools” to support the Iberian government. The Foreign Ministry of Argentina considered that the Spanish defense is “an exaggeration”.
“Spain Argentina threatened to veto the meat and soybeans to shield YPF,” headlined the daily El Mundo, adding to the escalating diplomatic issues by Mariano Rajoy government on behalf of Repsol.
For Argentina’s Foreign Ministry, Spain is “overacting”
Oscar Laborde, Special Representative for Integration and Social Participation of Argentina Foreign Ministry described as “overacting” Spanish diplomatic response on the subject YPF.
