Lisa Edelstein of ‘Doctor House’ poses naked for Peta

Actress Lisa Edelstein, 44, who played Dr. Lisa Cuddy on the hit television series ‘Doctor House’, posed nude on vegetables in the last campaign of PETA.

The image, with the slogan ‘Eat Green To Go Green’, shows the figure of Lisa totally naked.

Lisa admitted in a recent interview that she “was desperate to star in a campaign to promote vegetarians,” as she is from 15 years old.

‘I was never a big meat eater — I was always picky. I was raised in a kosher home, and if you’re raised with a food restriction, it’s not that difficult to have another kind of food restriction.

‘At some point, I had a dream that I was eating chicken. But in the dream, I understood that it was actually miniature human legs and arms. My brain was connecting muscle and bone to another animal. Once I had made that connection, it just wasn’t something I wanted to eat.’

Lisa also decided to pose for PETA to raise awareness of how eating meat can affect the environment on a much larger scale.

She said: ‘The meat industry is really toxic to the environment. The cattle industry–besides the fact there are a lot of cruel things happening–the manure is extremely toxic.
‘We just need to pull back as a culture as much as we can.’
