Boudou sued Righi and Gabbi and confirmed his complaints

Argentina, April 9, 2012

Today, the Vice President of the Nation, Amado Boudou, formalized his complaints held on Thursday at a press conference to clarify his relationship with the Ciccone case. In this way, he confirms his statements against the Attorney General, Esteban Righi and against the holder of the Stock Market, Adelmo Gabbi. The complaint went to the judge Lijo and the prosecutor Di Lello.

Eduardo Durañona, Boudou’s attorney, filed the formal complaint, which details the sayings of the economist, who accused Righi and Gabbi, defending himself from the accusations related him with the former Ciccone while he was serving in the Ministry of Economy.

The biggest charge against Righi claims that he offered Boudou to “oil their relationship with the courts in Comodoro Py”. According to vice president, such offers were given between 2008 and 2010.

Now, the prosecutor and the judge Di Lello and Lijo respectively must determine whether, following the complaint from Boudou, there are elements to initiate a criminal investigation against Righi and Gabbi.
