Abal Medina: “Macri has to obey the law, laws are to be fulfilled, not to discussed”
March 30, 2012
The cabinet chief, Juan Manuel Abal Medina, said the subway “will be managed by the City of Buenos Aires,” according to the law passed by Congress.
“What further action is needed to transfer to the City to become effective?” Considering that it is “signed” and “voted by Parliament.”
“We are talking about very clear definitions of a law voted by a large parliamentary majority,” the chief of staff on the radio.
Abal Medina recalled that the Government had to face adverse parliamentary results. “The 125 bill (Farmers bill) was defined by one vote and the President complied with the law,” he said, so he concluded: “Macri has to obey the law, laws are to be fulfilled, not to discussed.”
