Social leader Luis D’Elia is traveling through Lebanon and related his experiences on his Twitter account, where he referred to “Zionist barbarism,” and it led to some controversy.

“Good day for everyone s from the museum of the Lebanese Resistance in southern Lebanon recalling the Zionist barbarism,” wrote D’Elia.

“I’m in the secret center of Khiyam, facing the Golan Heights, Israel Zionist here tortured and disappeared at 5000 Lebanese,” he added later.

“I am having a clear Israeli kibbutz on land stolen from Palestinians meters from the door of Fatima,” he said then.

The statements echoed in the press and the social leader replied, “From the South of Lebanon I did not say a word about Argentina’s Jewish community.”

In Argentina, Simon Wiesenthal Center representative Sergio Widder, took the statements of the head of social organization ‘Land and Housing Federation’ (FTV), as “a provocation”.

“I think it’s a new challenge. It is not the first time and I think he will continue in the future,” said Widder.

He added that the area where D’Elia is right now, it’s an area where it terrorist group Hezbollah operates. They attacked Argentina and Israel.
