Cristina presented the draft reform of the Civil and Commercial Code

President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner presents this afternoon the project to reform the Civil and Commercial Code.
The president will preside over a ceremony at the Museum of the Bicentennial at the Government House at 6.30 pm with the presence of members of the Supreme Court and other authorities, legislators and jurists.
The reform will focus on preventing the position of dominant abuse in the market; simplify the process of divorce and premarital contracts regularly.
There will also be a section that will focus on adoption and assisted reproduction and surrogacy.
